Game Master Arty

When I was first introduced to tabletop gaming, I was captivated by the unique narratives that emerged from simple dice rolls and communal storytelling. Years later my passion for the medium has only grown and I've found nothing else that gives me the same joy as being a game master. I enjoy weaving each character's background into the adventures and finding ways to help players feel like the world their characters inhabit is truly changed by their actions. I started running games with Palladium's Rifts, and not long after found Dungeons and Dragons and spent many years running D&D's 5th edition adventures. The last several years I have found Pathfinder 2e a perfect fit for my style of game mastery and it has become my system of choice. I'm comfortable running for brand new players or experienced table-top role playing game (ttrpg) veterans. I adapt games to the group, so we can get as deep into or as far away from the mechanical crunch of whatever system we play. I always look for ways to do some manner of service in the communities I'm in, and GMing games is just another example. I was a camp counselor (where I ended up teaching a lot of the kids Magic: The Gathering) and I've spent several years as a tournament organizer for organized video game competition. I hold degrees for video production and multimedia, and work as a freelance producer and crew for live broadcasts of video game tournaments.
